Guaranty
At reservation a guaranty sum € 200 is to be paid, which will be held back by the owners in case of damage to the house or particular negligence by the guests. Otherwise, the guaranty will be considered as a first payment of the total rent sum.
Arrival and departure
At arrival day the house can be entered between 16.00 and 20.00h.
On departure day the guests are supposed to leave between 08.00 and 11.00h.
Different arrival or departure hours are possible after consultation.
Cleaning
Clean sheets and towels will be provided periodically.
The guests are supposed to keep the house clean during their stay.
At the end of their stay, the guests have to leave the house and the kitchen behind in the same condition as they found them at their arrival.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the house (the ashtray is meant for smoking on the terrace).
Domestic animals
Pets are not allowed.
